    Beach Day Punch

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($40)

    • Campari
    • Gin
    • Bottles Craft Ginger Beer
    • Sliced Cucumbers
    • Strawberries
    • Sprig Thyme
    • Mint leafs

    Place it all in a carafe or jar, let it sit as long as you can wait (which is probably not long), add ice and pour.

    Pinata

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($40)

    • Espolon Reposado
    • Roasted Pineapple Agave Lime-Lemon Mix
    • Jalapeño
    • Cilantro

    You can serve this cocktail chilled straight up or on the rocks. Whichever is the glass you decide to use, pour 2oz (1/4 cup) of tequila Espolon Reposado, add 2oz (1/4) of our delicious roasted pineapple house made lime lemon and agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of diced jalapeño and mix well, place some rocks in the glass and garnish each glass with 2 cilantro leaves.

    Watermelon Mojito

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($35)

    • Bacardi White Rum
    • House-made Watermelon juice
    • Fresh Mint
    • Limes
    • Brown Sugar
    • Sparkling Water

    Per each cocktail add 2 teaspoons of sugar with 4 pieces of limes and 4 mint leave, muddle limes, mint and sugar pressing good agains the glass, pour 2oz (1/4 cup) of white rum and muddle it a little more, come on, work it babe. Fill up your glass with ice, and pour watermelon juice 2oz (1/4 cup) and top glass sparkling water, and that's a damn good mojito.

    Passionfruit Margarita

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($40)

    • Espolon Reposado
    • Grand Marnier
    • Passion Fruit Puree
    • Agave Syrup 
    • Tajin Mexican Chili Salt (spicy Mexican salt with chili pepper)
    • Limes

    Andale, make it right. Good tequila and Grand Marnier, is the golden elixir. You can serve it chilled straight up or on the rocks. Whichever is the glass you decide to use, pour 2oz (1/4 cup) of tequila Espolon Reposado, add 1/2 oz (2 tablespoons) of Grand Marnier, 2 oz (1/4 cup) Passion Fruit Puree, 1/2 oz (2 tablespoons) Agave Nectar and stir it. Fill the glass with ice and sprinkle a pinch of Tajin Salt y Adentro!!!

    Machomeno

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($40)

    • Bulleit Bourbon
    • Amaretto Disaronno
    • Lime Juice
    • Luxardo Cherries in Juice
    • Orange Peels

    Machomeno means not “That Brave” in Spanish, but this cocktail will make you climb the Stone Harbor Water Tower, so…

    Get a rock style glass. place 1 cherry, add 2 tablespoon of cherry juice and muddle the cherry, add 2oz (1/4 cup) Bulleit, 1oz (4 tablespoon) Amaretto Disaronno, 1/2 oz (2 tablespoons) of lime juice, fill glass with ice and stir, squeeze 1 orange peel right on top the ice to get the oils going and it’s ready to drink.

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($35)

    • Bombay Sapphire
    • Grape Fruit Wedge
    • Black Pepper Syrup-Lime Juice (shake well before use)
    • Craft Tonic Water

    A Quahogs Classic. Pour per glass, 1 grapefruit wedge and muddle it. Add 2 oz (1/4 cup) of Gin and 1.5 oz (6 tablespoon) of lime black pepper juice and mix well. Add ice and top glass with tonic water. Sip it and fasten your seat belts and, experience the GT of the gin and tonics.

    Skinny Spritzer

    Makes 6-8 Cocktails ($35)

    • 750ml Villacentino Vino Verde
    • Muddle Blueberries and Tarragon Compote
    • Blood Orange lavender juice
    • Orange Garnishes
    • Sparkling Water

    Per glass (stem wine glass if possible) pour 4oz (1/4 cup) of Vino Verde and add 2.5oz (1/4 cup) blood orange lavender juice, 1 tablespoons of blueberry and tarragon compote, mix well and fill the glass with ice and top it with sparkling water. Garnish with slice of orange. Take off your clothes and jump into a pool of sweet heaven.
